Pin & Prosper Finds collects as little information about you as it can. This policy explains what we do collect when you visit pinandprosperfinds.com, email us or buy one of our digital products, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Who We Are
Pin & Prosper Finds ("we", "us") is a business name of Arceteer Inc. Arceteer Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Information We Collect
- When you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write. We use it only to reply to you and deal with your request.
- When you buy a digital product: the details described under "Buying Our Digital Products" below.
- When you browse the site: like every website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, the page that referred you, and the date and time. We do not use this information to identify you.
We do not run advertising, analytics or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie that helps tell real visitors from automated traffic. We do not offer user accounts or a mailing list. If we add either, we will update this policy first.
Fonts
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To show them, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details. Google's use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Buying Our Digital Products
Our digital products are sold through a checkout provider, currently Gumroad. At checkout, the provider collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information, and processes your payment. We never see your full card number. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your purchase, help you if something goes wrong, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. Gumroad's handling of your information is covered by the Gumroad Privacy Policy. If we change or add a checkout provider, we will update this policy.
Affiliate Links
Some links on this site go to other companies' websites and earn us a commission if you make a purchase (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click one, you leave our site. The merchant and the affiliate network that runs the program (for example ClickBank or Digistore24) may set cookies or record your visit so the sale can be credited to us. Their own privacy policies apply. We generally receive only sales and commission totals from them, not information that identifies you.
Pinterest Integration
Pin & Prosper Finds uses a private tool, connected to our own Pinterest account through Pinterest's official API, to create boards and publish Pins we have individually approved. The tool stores only the access credentials for our own account (encrypted), our own Pin drafts, the IDs of Pins it published, and analytics for our own Pins. It does not collect or store data about other Pinterest users. Access can be revoked at any time in Pinterest's settings.
Who We Share Information With
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and the business, and only as much as they need:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and forwarding email sent to our address
- Our email provider: storing the messages you send us and our replies
- Google: delivering the site's fonts
- Gumroad: checkout, payment processing and receipts
- Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How Long We Keep It
- Emails: as long as we need to deal with your request, and for a reasonable time afterwards in case you follow up. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally six years in Canada.
- Technical logs: kept by Cloudflare for a limited period under its own retention rules.
Why We Are Allowed to Use It
We use your information with your consent, which you give when you email us or buy from us, and you can withdraw it at any time, subject to legal and contractual limits. If you are in the EU or the UK, the law also asks us to say why we may use it: to give you what you asked for (replying to you, or delivering your purchase), to meet legal duties such as keeping tax records, and because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.
Your Rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@pinandprosperfinds.com and we will reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example Canada, the EU, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law, and you can complain to your local privacy authority. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites or show ads, we treat every visitor the same way whether or not the signal is sent.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Information
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date below. This policy was last updated on November 2, 2026.
