This Refund Policy applies to digital products sold directly by Pin & Prosper Finds, a business name of Arceteer Inc., including our digital guides. Please read it carefully before completing a purchase.
Digital Products Are Final Sale
Our digital products are downloadable files. Access is granted and delivery is completed instantly at the time of purchase, and no physical item is shipped. Because of this, all sales are final once your purchase is complete, and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, except where the law requires otherwise. You see the product description and the price before you buy.
If Something Goes Wrong
If your download does not work, a file is damaged, or you cannot access a product you bought from us, email us at hello@pinandprosperfinds.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order details. We will help you get access to your product.
Payments
Our digital products are sold through a checkout provider, currently Gumroad, which processes your payment and sends your receipt. For a question about a charge, you can contact us or the checkout provider's support.
Third-Party and Affiliate Products
Pin & Prosper Finds may review or link to third-party products through affiliate programs. Any purchase of a third-party or affiliate product is a transaction between you and that seller or merchant, and it is governed by that seller's or merchant's own refund, return and cancellation policies, not this policy. Please review the applicable merchant's terms before purchasing.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
